The pattern
Across treatment, recovery housing, court, county, peer, and nonprofit work, information followed the organization chart instead of the person.

Our story
WellReady began with a simple truth: the person is shared across the system, but too often their story is not.
Why WellReady exists
Michael Hall built WellReady after seeing how much behavioral health and recovery teams lose to disconnected records, duplicated work, and tools designed far away from the reality of care.
His experience spans nonprofit leadership, rural behavioral health, recovery housing, treatment court, peer services, and county partnership. In each setting, capable people were doing deeply connected work through systems that kept the information apart.
WellReady is the response: a connected operating platform shaped around real responsibility, real coordination, and the whole journey of the person receiving support.
From insight to infrastructure
Across treatment, recovery housing, court, county, peer, and nonprofit work, information followed the organization chart instead of the person.
The CRIWI initiative created room to connect recovery work, community partnership, and practical technology around a shared care journey.
WellReady brought those lessons into one configurable platform for daily operations, clinical work, outcomes, billing, and client engagement.
The platform continues to grow close to the people using it—shaped by real workflows, responsible data practices, and the needs of each program.
Where the work took root
WellReady was developed out of the CRIWI initiative, where community recovery infrastructure and technology could be explored together.
Today, WellReady is a product of Fundlucent—continuing the work of turning practical insight into systems that help organizations serve people with greater clarity.
What guides us
The strongest product decisions begin with the people completing the work and the people depending on it.
Housing, treatment, recovery, court coordination, outcomes, and client engagement are different views of one care journey.
Programs should not have to abandon their operating model to fit a generic software package.
Bring us your real day
We will start with your people, programs, and decisions, then shape a WellReady experience around what your organization actually needs.
